Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Service Coordinator to support the Customer Center and coordinate the work of service technicians for preventive maintenance and repairs. You will manage communications with customers, sales teams, and management while ensuring accurate invoicing and adherence to operational requirements.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, proactive problem solving, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and working with handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Answer service calls and schedule technicians for preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Guide and develop service technicians and assist in issue resolution.
• Ensure timely invoicing.
• Manage service inventory and rental fleets.
• Uphold EH&S and Operational Excellence in the Customer Center.
• Generate quotes and seek new business.
• Process parts orders and monitor shipping/receiving.
• Submit warranty claims and ship parts to the factory.
• Be flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed.
