Job summary

Ingersoll Rand in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Service Coordinator to support the Customer Center and coordinate service technicians for preventive maintenance and repairs.

You will manage customer interactions, quotes, parts orders, and invoicing while ensuring safety and operational excellence. The role requires strong organizational skills and willingness to travel occasionally within the US.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office and handheld devices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and schedule technicians for preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Guide and develop service technicians and assist in technical issue resolution.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing; manage service inventory and rental fleets.
• Maintain EH&S and Operational Excellence adherence in the Customer Center.
• Generate and follow up on service quotes; seek new business when possible.
• Submit warranty claims and ship parts to the factory; ensure SARBOX compliance.
• Display team effort with flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
