Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Service Coordinator to support the Customer Center and coordinate field technicians for preventive maintenance and service repairs in the Kansas City area. You will manage orders, invoicing, and parts, while maintaining strong customer relationships and adherence to safety and operational standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years using Microsoft Office and handheld devices; Salesforce is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office and handheld devices.
• Salesforce experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and schedule technicians to perform preventive maintenance and service repairs.
• Guide and develop service technicians; assist in technical issue resolution.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Manage service inventory and rental fleets.
• Ensure EH&S and Operational Excellence adherence in the Customer Center.
• Generate and follow up on service quotes and seek new business.
• Submit warranty claims and ship parts.
