Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; higher degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer service calls and schedule technicians for preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate and track service technicians to maximize efficiency.
• Provide repair quotes and manage warranties with technicians.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and manage service inventory.
• Uphold safety, EH&S and Operational Excellence in the Customer Center.
• Support customer interactions to drive satisfaction and quotes follow-up.
