Job summary

Ingersoll Rand in Dallas, TX seeks a Service Coordinator to support the Customer Center, coordinating service technicians, managing service quotes, and ensuring efficient order execution. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and schedule technicians for preventive maintenance and service repairs.
• Guide and develop service technicians and assist in technical issue resolution.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and manage service inventory and rental fleets.
• Adhere to EH&S and Operational Excellence in the Customer Center; assist with audits.
• Generate and follow up on service quotes and seek new business when possible.
• Handle parts orders, shipping/receiving, and warranty claims; SARBOX compliance.
