Job summary

Convergint is seeking a motivated Service Coordinator to join our team in strengthening customer service and field operations. This full-time role handles service dispatching, work order creation in iCare, weekly planning, time-sheet entry, and coordination with technicians to ensure timely maintenance visits.

You will manage inquiries, track calls, maintain customer binders, and assist with quotes and purchasing.

Qualifications

• Exceptional telephone and personal customer service skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills.
• Basic financial knowledge and skills—understanding AR/AP, PO, WO.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-project handling.
• Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls including service dispatching and scheduling.
• Create and dispatch work orders for planned maintenance in iCare.
• Attend planning sessions and reconcile weekly service paperwork.
• Process service invoices and monitor subcontractor pricing.
• Maintain customer binders and update spectra-related data.
• Provide administrative overflow support as required.
• Ensure technicians’ access and safety compliance, including badging.
