The role coordinates service with technicians, subcontractors, and customers at designated locations and supports dispatch, invoicing, and contract renewals.

Qualifikationen

• Experience providing world-class customer service.
• Experience with service billing, invoices, and renewals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Aufgaben

• Process work order tickets and invoices according to guidelines.
• Renew and invoice service contracts, maintaining contract SOW records.
• Attend weekly planning sessions and reconcile service paperwork.
• Coordinate technician schedules and preventative maintenance.
• Handle incoming customer calls including dispatching and inquiries.
• Assist with quotes and other duties as needed.
