Convergint in Virginia is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator to join our customer-focused team. You will handle service dispatches, maintain schedules, and support technicians while delivering world-class service.

The role requires strong communication, proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and competitive hourly pay.

Qualificações

• Excellent telephone and personal customer service under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Basic financial knowledge and ability to understand basic financials.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Handles incoming customer calls including service dispatching, tracking and scheduling of calls, call status tracking and changes.
• Creates and dispatches work orders in iCare for scheduling maintenance and service.
• Attends weekly planning sessions, performs weekly service paperwork reconciliation and time sheet data entry.
• Monitors subcontractor pricing; processes and approves invoicing.
• Administers the check in/checkout process of Technicians in accordance with safety policy.
• Accurately enters work order purchase orders into Spectrum and processes orders.
• Updates customer service binders to maximize satisfaction.
• Procures Parts/Materials for service work orders.
• Provides Service Quotes to customers with the assistance of the Service Supervisor.
• Schedules and follows up on monthly maintenance accounts with contract customers and subcontractors.
