Qualifications

• Two to five years of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule preventive maintenance inspections and emergency calls.
• Answer customer calls and dispatch technicians as needed.
• Generate and monitor service department communications and assess work orders for accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with accurate pricing of labor and materials.
• Prepare subcontract work orders and quotes.
