Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Ohio. You will handle incoming customer service calls, coordinate service with technicians and customers, and help ensure timely, high‑quality service while maintaining a collaborative, colleague‑first culture.

The role requires 3–5 years in a related field and a college degree or equivalent experience; construction or automation background is a plus. Competitive benefits and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years call center, dispatch, or administrative experience.
• Experience in construction, automation, or similar environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answer and route incoming customer service calls professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate service with technicians, subcontractors and customers within designated locations.
• May act as a lead coordinating the work of others, without supervisory duties.
• Perform other duties as required.
