Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services is seeking a Service Coordinator to act as the primary contact for a single customer, handling inquiries, dispatching resources, tracking service orders, and reporting results. This role emphasizes timely resolution and clear communication in line with company protocols.

The position requires 2+ years in operations coordination, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with MS Office; on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of two years in Operations Coordination or related field.
• Holds a valid state driver’s license.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Project, Teams) and PDFs.
• Builds strong internal/external client relationships.
• Manages multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written, and follow-up communication.
• Analytical, proactive, self-motivated leader.
• Familiar with dashboards/metrics to measure KPIs.
• Eligible for on-call activities as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Route inquiries to appropriate parties using tools, phone, email, or messaging.
• Coordinate with departments for assigned service activities and escalations.
• Escalate issues to management as needed.
• Maintain SLA metrics and document issues and questions.
• Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled and customer relations enhanced.
• Track cases and work orders; report anomalies to leadership.
• Assist subcontractors and program manager with scheduling.
• Produce on-demand and recurring reports for Service Management.
• Update Work Order Tasks as assigned.
• Follow up with external customers as required.
