• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines and service-level expectations.
• Detail-oriented and organized; accurately enter, update, and track service data.
• Problem-solving mindset to resolve issues efficiently.
• Familiar with multiple software platforms including work order systems, vendor portals, and monitoring tools.
• Strong relationship-building with customers, site contacts, and vendors.
• Ability to meet performance metrics and KPIs like response and completion times.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the customer work order system for new service requests.
• Schedule and dispatch vendors to locations based on needs.
• Enter service requests and update statuses in the tracking system.
• Complete work orders within established timelines by priority.
• Provide service updates with estimated and completed dates.
• Record confirmations of completed services in systems.
• Communicate with customers to collect accurate service details.
• Prepare quotes for new or changed services and coordinate vendor setup.
• Resolve service issues with vendors and customers.
• Provide solutions for waste-related inquiries.
• Process $0 invoices for non-charged work orders.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, sites, and vendors.
• Meet benchmarks and KPIs including customer targets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
