Job summary

Wastequip is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Mount Sterling, KY team to manage orders and support the sales team in building strong customer relations. You will handle product support, quotations, and inquiries, serving as the main liaison between customers and internal departments.

Experience with ERP and Salesforce is valued for accurate record-keeping and timely resolutions. The position requires high attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of sales/customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and effectively to all customer inquiries, including price quotations, order processing, change requests, warranty claims, and status updates.
• Troubleshoot customer issues by reviewing past inquiries, researching information, and collaborating with internal departments to find solutions.
• Develop accurate and timely quotations based on the sales strategy and customer information, using the quoting system.
• Maintain and update records for active orders, posting changes and managing scheduling adjustments.
• Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal departments for assigned projects related to text and graphic materials.
