Job summary

Tech24 in Kentucky is seeking a Service Coordinator to schedule and dispatch service technicians, prioritize reactive service calls, and coordinate return visits. You will be the main liaison between technicians, customers, and internal teams, ensuring timely, accurate records and high-quality service delivery.

The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment, with on-site work from our Nicholasville office and the opportunity to grow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, dispatching, project management, or a related field.
• Proficient computer and data entry skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of service areas and route optimization skills.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Strong multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch service technicians to assigned service calls.
• Schedule and coordinate daily service appointments.
• Maintain dispatch schedules in Global Edge and Excel dispatch board.
• Debrief technicians following service calls and update service details.
• Forecast workload 2–3 days in advance to support resource planning.
• Follow up on open service calls and customer return visits.
• Confirm upcoming appointments with customers and provide status updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service database entries.
• Monitor and respond to incoming calls, emails, and after-hours messages.
• Coordinate with technicians and warehouse teams on parts availability and job readiness.
• Manage service quote logs and customer portals.
• Ensure calls are properly routed to on-call technicians.
• Support additional administrative and operational duties as needed.
