Under general supervision, you will coordinate safety statistics, training, truck inventories, and on-call schedules while collaborating with CRC to manage service requests from initiation to completion.

The role emphasizes efficient dispatching of Technicians, accurate invoicing, and data-driven performance analysis to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HS diploma with 5+ years service ops or scheduling experience.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication with internal and external clients.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and online tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with tact.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee safety stats, training, and truck inventories.
• Schedule customer service requests from initiation to completion.
• Generate and track customer orders, shipments, and vendor invoices.
• Maintain vendor and subcontract paperwork; report inventory counts.
• Support service team with revenue-focused productivity.
