Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator in the United States to coordinate customer service requests from initiation to completion, scheduling technicians efficiently and aligning with the Service Team Manager to meet customer expectations.

You will analyze technician performance, follow up with customers, handle inquiries, and assist with quotes and business reviews while maintaining up-to-date account information and contributing to profitability.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years of service industry experience managing service operations or scheduling.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects by financial impact.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer service requests from initiation to completion, scheduling technicians accordingly.
• Work with Service Team Manager to ensure timely work and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze technician performance and adjust to improve cost-effective service.
• Maintain customer communications, answer inquiries and follow up on issues.
• Assist with creation of L&M quotations and participate in business reviews.
