Job summary

Johnson Controls in Ohio hires for a Service Operations Coordinator role. You will coordinate safety data, track training, manage truck inventory counts, and assist with customer surveys and on-call scheduling. You’ll schedule service requests with CRC inputs and dispatch technicians to optimize productivity.

Strong organizational, communication, and MS Office skills are essential. The role requires independent work, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 5+ years service ops or scheduling.
• Independent worker with strong organizational and detail orientation.
• Strong communication with internal and external clients.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet apps.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience with project accounting or costing is desired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety statistics, training, truck inventory counts, schedules.
• Schedule customer service requests with CRC guidance and dispatch technicians.
• Generate orders, process shipments, manage inventories and vendor invoicing.
• Partner with Service Team Manager to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze team performance to improve customer satisfaction cost-effectively.
