Qualifications

• Receive and schedule customer service calls and assign technicians.
• Coordinate labor scheduling to match customer and service needs.
• Communicate action plans and services to customers directly.
• Ensure work meets customer expectations and follow up as needed.
• Escalate issues and maintain daily debriefs with teams.
