Johnson Controls in Johnson City, TN is seeking a dedicated Service Scheduling Coordinator who coordinates customer service requests from initiation to completion and schedules Technicians under team leads. You will partner with the Service Team Manager to ensure timely, cost-effective service and maintain quality communications with customers and subcontractors.

This role emphasizes organization, multitasking, and proactive follow-up to meet customer expectations and drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years of service industry experience in managing service operations or scheduling.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and detail focus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external clients.
• Ability to manage many projects and tasks simultaneously with tact and persistence.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate service requests and dispatch technicians under supervision.
• Communicate action plans and services to customers.
• Ensure work meets customer expectations and follow up as needed.
• Answer inquiries and resolve or escalate issues.
• Reconcile service requests daily.
• Coordinate labor scheduling and daily technician plans.
• Maintain up-to-date customer account information for call management.
• Assist with business reviews, billing support, and warranty claim administration.
• Support customer retention efforts and assist overflow duties.
