Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety statistics and track training initiatives.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians with guidance from STM and Team Leads.
• Process customer surveys and service requests from initiation to completion.
• Track orders, shipments, inventory, and invoicing with vendors as needed.
• Collaborate with Service Team Manager to meet customer expectations efficiently.
