Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, plus 2–5 years in service operations or scheduling.
• Must show independent work ability and strong organizational, detail-oriented skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external clients.
• Ability to handle many projects and tasks with tact and persistence.
• Ability to prioritize work by financial impact and align with business goals.
• Ability to influence diverse teams to accomplish tasks and goals.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer calls for service under supervision.
• Manage technician/mechanic schedules and ensure timely maintenance completion.
• Debrief daily with technicians and coordinate with billing and support teams.
• Coordinate with customers to communicate action plans and services.
• Ensure customer expectations are met and follow up as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date customer account information in NxGen.
• Support parts ordering, startup, and PO confirmation.
• Attend daily team huddles and weekly planning meetings.
• Assist with time and expense reporting and timesheet corrections.
• Perform other duties and administrative activities as assigned.
