Qualifications

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with appointment scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
• Schedule service appointments and assist customers with their service needs.
• Contact customers using recall and service due call lists.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document appointment information.
• Review vehicle service history and maintenance schedules.
• Recommend routine maintenance based on Toyota guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with the Service, Sales, Parts, and Body Shop departments using Microsoft Teams and dealership systems.
• Coordinate customer shuttle transportation and rental vehicles.
• Follow Toyota and dealership service processes and procedures.
• Complete required Toyota manufacturer training and certification programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience during every interaction.
