Job summary

Bean Automotive Group is seeking a Service Concierge to join the Business Development Center. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage text communications, and schedule service appointments for Kendall Toyota and related locations.

Outstanding customer service is essential as you support customer needs, provide accurate information, and help drive retention while coordinating with service advisers and the management team. This role is on-site in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Experience in customer service or call-center environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound service calls and outbound courtesy reminders.
• Manage text communications with customers regarding appointments and updates.
• Provide accurate service information and route inquiries to the right team.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments to optimize dealership workflow.
• Support customer retention efforts and follow up for satisfaction.
