Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and schedule service appointments.
• Reach out to Toyota customers via phone, text, and email for maintenance reminders.
• Document conversations with customers for future reference.
• Adhere to pre-set phone scripts and suggest improvements to management.
• Enter data and maintain customer databases with confidentiality.
• Maintain and update Excel files and Google Docs to track monthly progress.
