Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound calls, texts, emails, and inquiries.
• Make outbound calls to customers due for maintenance.
• Schedule service appointments based on needs and availability.
• Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows.
• Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM/DMS records.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors to keep appointment data current.
• Identify opportunities for additional maintenance.
• Provide a welcoming customer experience and reflect brand.
• Meet targets for appointments and customer satisfaction.
