Responsibilities

• Schedules service appointments and collects customer and vehicle data.
• Greets customers promptly and conducts telephone transactions.
• Writes up customer vehicle problems clearly on the repair order.
• Test drives the vehicle with the customer to confirm issues when needed.
• Provides complete written estimates for labor and parts and sets promised times.
• Explains completed work and charges to the customer and obtains signatures.
