Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Toyota experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide outstanding customer service.
• Perform Toyota Multi-Point Walk‑Around Inspections with customers.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately write repair orders.
• Review vehicle history and maintenance schedules.
• Recommend needed maintenance and repairs based on Toyota guidelines.
• Communicate repair recommendations and estimates clearly.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient repairs.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Deliver vehicles and explain completed repairs.
• Follow Toyota and dealership service processes and procedures.
• Complete Toyota manufacturer training and certification programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
