Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; call center preferred.
• Basic math skills (percentages, additions, subtractions) necessary.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with good written and verbal communication in English.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments by phone, in person, or online requests.
• Provide pricing, timeframes, and parts availability for service.
• Answer calls, transfer, and relay information to guests.
• Make outbound calls for reminders and recalls.
• Document accurately using dealership software.
