Job summary

Empire Truck Sales, LLC, a leading Freightliner/Western Star dealer, seeks a Service Clerk/Administrative Assistant. The role focuses on processing purchase orders, opening and tracking work orders, filing, and updating customer records while supporting the service team with strong communication skills.

Ideal candidates are self-starters, detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in service departments or automotive retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate purchase orders and open work orders as directed by Service Manager.
• Maintain Service Department filing and records; update customer profiles.
• Field internal and external customer inquiries to the Service Department.
• Assist with payroll after training; support service team as needed.
• Be a team player and help co-workers or tasks outside listed duties.
