What You’ll Do

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience as the main point of contact for service needs
• Coordinate with parts and service teams to manage repairs, labor, and sublet work
• Open and process work orders, ensuring accuracy for retail and warranty jobs
• Communicate repair updates clearly and promptly to customers
• Support daily operations in both Parts and Service departments
• Work alongside a skilled team committed to excellence and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Parts and/or Service support role (automotive, equipment, or heavy truck dealership preferred)
• Retail experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of dealership or truck industry terminology (or a willingness to learn quickly)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with a talent for building relationships
• A self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is eager to learn
