Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• One year of experience as a Service Writer.
• Additional training in heavy duty trucks required.
• Ability to read instructions, work orders, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Receive and route all incoming work and communicate with customers.
• Greet customers and collect vehicle information for proper repairs.
• Write up vehicle issues and estimates clearly.
• Obtain customer signature and provide repair order copy.
• Explain completed work and charges to customers.
• Coordinate with vendors and warranty guidelines during write up and repair.
