Empire Truck Sales, LLC in Winona, MS is seeking an experienced Service Clerk/Administrative Assistant to join our service team. You will support daily operations, generate purchase orders, open and manage work orders, and maintain accurate service records.

Ideal candidates have dealership experience, basic mechanical knowledge, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. This role offers growth, in-house training, and a climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Dealership service experience preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge in automotive or diesel beneficial.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate Purchase Orders.
• Open work orders as directed and maintain until closed and invoiced.
• Maintain Service Department filing and records.
• Update customer profiles from customer work orders.
• Be a team player and assist with tasks beyond listed duties.
• Field internal and external customer inquiries to the Service Department.
• Will be trained to handle payroll.
