Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Service Center Administrator to perform a range of administrative duties across the service center, with emphasis on logistics, inventory management, and system security. You will handle inbound/outbound tasks and review reports to drive improvements.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and solid knowledge of MS Office and warehouse processes. Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm, with robust benefits and employee ownership culture.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory control.
• Basic data entry and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound or outbound administrative tasks in the service center.
• Review Warehouse Management System reports and suggest improvements.
• Maintain inventory of forms, supplies and review hold/returned goods areas.
• Support quality initiatives to reduce rework and streamline functions.
• Interface with all levels of employees and management.
