Job summary

Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a Service Center Administrator to handle diverse administrative duties in logistics, inventory control, and systems security across the Service Center.

The role covers inbound/outbound tasks, data entry, and constant collaboration with staff to meet customer service standards. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and solid knowledge of Warehouse Management System and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in an administrative/service environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System and basic MS Office required.
• Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.
• Attention to detail and data-entry skills.
• Developing organizational skills and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound or outbound administrative tasks in the Service Center.
• Review WMS reports and suggest improvements.
• Support quality improvement teams to streamline admin functions.
• Maintain office equipment and hold/returned goods areas; manage inventory of forms and supplies.
• Ensure proper destruction of company records per policy.
• Participate in annual inventory and closing activities.
• Interface with employees and management at all levels.
