Graybar is seeking a Service Center Administrator to perform administrative activities across logistics, inventory, and system security, contributing to top-tier customer service.

You will handle inbound/outbound tasks, review WMS reports, support quality improvement, maintain office equipment, and assist with annual inventory while interfacing with all levels of staff and management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in an administrative/service role
• High school diploma or GED
• Customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of company administrative and service functions
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Knowledge of company customer markets
• Knowledge of local stock products
• Knowledge of computer systems
• Data entry skills
• Developing organizational skills
• Collaboration skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to influence without authority
• Ability to interface with all levels of staff and management

Responsabilités

• Perform inbound or outbound administrative tasks in the Service Center.
