The role covers inbound or outbound duties, office upkeep, and smooth operation of the service center.

You will review Warehouse Management System reports, participate in quality improvement, and assist with annual inventory.

Qualificações

• 2-5 years of experience in administrative/Service Center roles.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management System.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of company administrative and service functions.
• Ability to interface with all levels of staff and management.

Responsabilidades

• Perform inbound or outbound administrative tasks in the Service Center.
• Handle multiple administrative tasks as required.
• Review Warehouse Management System reports and suggest improvements.
• Participate in quality improvement teams to reduce rework and streamline functions.
• Maintain office equipment and organize hold/returned goods handling.
• Monitor and refresh inventory of standard forms and supplies.
• Maintain proper records destruction per company policy.
• Participate in annual inventory and closing activities.
• Interface with all levels of employees and management.
