Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Service Center Administrator to perform administrative duties across logistics, inventory management, and systems security within our Service Center. You will execute inbound and outbound tasks, review WMS reports, and participate in quality improvements while maintaining office equipment and inventory.

The role interfaces with all levels of staff and requires strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in an administrative or service role.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management System and company processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound or outbound administrative tasks in the Service Center.
• Perform varied administrative duties and support logistics processes.
• Review WMS reports and suggest improvements.
• Contribute to quality improvement and streamline administrative functions.
• Maintain office equipment and inventory of forms and supplies.
• Assist in annual inventory and closing activities.
• Interface with employees and management at all levels.
