Job summary

Graybar in Irving, TX is seeking a Service Center Administrator to handle administrative tasks in logistics, inventory, and system security. You will review WMS reports, participate in quality improvements, and maintain office equipment and supplies while interfacing with all levels of staff.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong customer service, and solid MS Office/data entry skills, with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in an administrative/service environment.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of administrative and service functions.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound or outbound administrative tasks in the Service Center.
• Review Warehouse Management Systems reports and suggest improvements.
• Participate on quality improvement teams to reduce rework.
• Maintain office equipment and inventory of supplies.
• Participate in annual inventory and closing activities.
• Interface with all levels of employees and management.
