Graybar is seeking a Service Center Administrator to perform administrative activities across logistics, inventory management, and systems security. You will handle inbound/outbound tasks, review reports, support quality improvement, maintain office equipment, and participate in annual inventory.

This role interfaces with all levels of staff in our Washington, DC area location. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and solid knowledge of warehouse systems

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in administrative/ service roles.
• Knowledge of the Company’s administrative and service functions.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.

Responsabilités

• Perform inbound or outbound administrative tasks.
• Carry out varied administrative tasks in the Service Center.
• Review Warehouse Management System reports and suggest improvements.
• Support quality improvement teams and streamline administrative functions.
• Maintain office equipment and inventory of forms and supplies.
• Participate in annual inventory and closing activities.
• Interface with employees and management at all levels.
