This role covers reviewing warehouse management system reports, implementing improvements, and collaborating with staff at all levels to streamline processes and maintain records in a busy service center environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of administrative and service functions.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of local stock products and customer markets.
• Knowledge of computer systems and data entry.
• Developing organizational skills.
• Collaboration and communication with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound or outbound administrative tasks.
• Perform varied administrative duties in the Service Center.
• Review WMS reports and implement improvements.
• Support quality-improvement initiatives to reduce rework.
• Maintain office equipment and stock forms/supplies.
• Participate in annual inventory and close activities.
• Interface with employees and management at all levels.
