Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong supervisory and communication skills.
• Engineering background with electrical focus and project management experience.
• Experience coordinating field staff and technical training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales, profit, and quality of area operations.
• Review contracts in line with authority limits and optimize workflows.
• Coordinate training and development for field personnel and support teams.
• Prepare and review weekly invoicing and monthly status reports.
• Interview applicants and develop proposals and reports from field engineers.
