Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide directional leadership for the Service Center and oversee financials.
• Review contracts in line with authority limits.
• Promote new business with regional teams.
• Develop Area Profit Plan and review progress.
• Conduct regular management meetings to align on goals.
• Produce weekly invoicing and monthly status reports.
• Supervise field engineers and technicians, ensuring safety and training.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and salary recommendations.
• Coordinate field training and career development.
• Review and update field procedures and reports.
• Interview applicants and review proposals and field reports.
