Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation seeks a Service Center leader to provide business, managerial and technical direction, supervising Field Engineers and Technicians and coordinating workflow. You will act as customer liaison, track job progress and financials, and collaborate with regional leadership to promote new business.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory skills and a proven ability to drive results through organizing and directing teams.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication, supervisory, organizational and good management skills.
• Communicate effectively, writing and verbally, with clients, peers and management.
• Strong computer skills including editing/formatting in Microsoft Word and internet research.

Responsibilities

• Provide business, managerial and technical direction to the Service Center.
• Supervise Field Engineers and Technicians; schedule workflow; coordinate with customers.
• Review and sign contracts per Limits of Authority; review field proposals and reports.
• Develop Area Profit Plan and review progress; hold management committee meetings.
• Coordinate weekly invoicing and monthly Status Reports; ensure safety and training.
