Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience supervising field engineers and technicians preferred.
• Ability to review contracts and manage budgeting, invoicing, and reporting.
• Willingness to travel overnight to cover field region and attend meetings.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use templates in Word and online standards research.

Responsibilities

• Provide business, managerial, and technical direction for the Service Center.
• Supervise Field Engineers and Technicians; schedule workflow and ensure safety.
• Review contracts, manage profitability, and coordinate training and career development.
• Prepare weekly invoices and monthly status reports; review field jobs.
• Interview applicants and develop proposals; drive customer satisfaction and service quality.
