Wesley Chapel Toyota, part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring a motivated BDC Administrator to join our Service team. You will handle high-volume calls, respond to emails and internet leads, and schedule service appointments while presenting service options to customers.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a customer-first attitude, with opportunities for growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and energetic individuals with strong communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.
• Bi-lingual Spanish a plus; proficient computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Outbound and inbound customer calls and emails to respond to inquiries.
• Respond to Internet leads via email and phone and schedule appointments.
• Determine customer needs by asking the right questions and fit service options.
• Set appointments for the Service Department and introduce customers to Service Advisors.
• Enter customer information into the CRM and maintain accurate service records.
• Schedule service appointments based on customer needs and technician availability.
• Maintain strong attention to detail in updating customer records.

We’re currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator to join our Service team. As a BDC Administrator , you will respond to and communicate with our customers via email and phone. Ideal candidates will be polished, professional, energetic, and customer-focused. You must be able to handle heavy call volume, explain manufacturer service specials and incentives, answer questions, and schedule appointments while maintaining outstanding phone etiquette.

Dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

What will you be doing?

• Outbound and inbound customer phone calls
• Responding via email and phone to Internet leads
• Determining each customer’s needs by asking the right questions
• Setting appointments for the Service Department
• Ensuring a positive customer experience
• Introducing customers to Service Advisors
• Entering customer information into the CRM

• Maintaining strong attention to detail when updating customer records and service information
