Job summary

Hyundai of Wesley Chapel is seeking a Service BDC Administrator to lead the customer experience and support the service department. You will train team members on CR processes, build follow-up systems, and stay sharp on product knowledge for accurate customer communication.

You will boost appointment rates with CRM tools and strong phone skills while resolving customer concerns with urgency and professionalism. This role is on-site at our Wesley Chapel dealership.
