Job summary

Lithia Ford of Roseburg is seeking a Service BDC Admin to support the service department by scheduling appointments, communicating with customers, and handling behind-the-scenes administrative tasks.

The role emphasizes organization, customer focus, and the ability to work in a fast-paced automotive environment. Compensation starts at $19/hour with weekday hours and a stable schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of previous customer service, administrative or automotive experience required.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to confidently communicate with customers by phone, email, and text.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer relations process management at assigned store(s) by observing, installing, and training approved CR processes to ensure the customer’s perspective comes first.
• Develop accountable, continuous improvement plans for assigned store(s), by observations and conducting meetings with the GSM/LSMS Coordinator.
• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention.
• Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
• Utilize computer skills within our internet department to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention.
• Utilize phone skills to follow up with customers about their experience, resolve issues, and escalate major concerns as needed.
• Utilize phone skills to set solid appointments with daily customer call-ins, lists of sold/unsold traffic, referrals, and other leads.

What You’ll Do

• Utilize phone skills to follow up with customers about their experience, resolve any issues or concerns that they may have encountered and send any major issues to the LSMS Coordinator or General Manager for further review.
• Utilize phone skills to set solid appointments with daily customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, conquests, other generic leads and service and parts customers.
