Job summary

DCH Toyota of Torrance, part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring Sales BDC Administrators to join a fast-paced, high-volume team. This role focuses on building customer relationships, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate CRM data to drive appointments and sales.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in customer service or call center roles, are comfortable communicating via phone, email, and text, and can reliably attend shifts with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, call center, BDC, or receptionist experience.
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email, and text.
• Comfortable using dealership CRM and software.
• Reliable attendance and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships through follow-up to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention.
• Contact customers by phone to schedule appointments and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Gather and maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM for ongoing communication.
• Stay up to date on vehicle inventory, pricing, manufacturer programs, and dealership promotions.
• Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and escalate issues when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The California pay range for this position is $16.90-$20.00 hourly. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
