DCH Freehold Toyota, part of the Lithia & Driveway family, is seeking Service BDC Representatives to handle internet leads and schedule service appointments. The role emphasizes customer-focused communication and high-quality data entry to support the service team.

Hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays off. Compensation starts around $17/hour and varies with experience, with bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Able to manage a high volume of calls with courtesy and professionalism.
• Proficient with CRM systems and data entry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Respond via email and phone to Internet Leads
• Determine each customer's needs by asking the correct questions
• Set appointments for service department and follow up to confirm
• Ensure a positive customer experience

Total Rewards

The (Hourly) Wage for this position is ($17) dependent on experience. Bonuses based on: Individual Appointments Shown/Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
