Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center environments.

• Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Outbound and inbound customer phone calls.
• Respond to Internet leads via email and phone.
• Determine customer needs by asking the right questions.
• Set appointments for the Service Department.
• Ensure a positive customer experience.
• Introduce customers to Service Advisors.
• Enter customer information into the CRM.
• Schedule service appointments based on customer needs and technician availability.
• Maintain accuracy of customer records and service information.
